About Our Family

We are the Taylor family.

We are a christian homeschooling family of four from Orlando Florida. I am a full time homemaker and homeschooling mom. I have homeschooled both of my kids since kindergarten. I love staying at home with my family and I am so thankful for everyday that I am able to be at home with them.

I chose to homeschool my kids primarily because I wanted them to have a christian education and I feel the best place for little ones to learn about life, the Lord, and get educated is right here at home ...where they belong.

Dad is also at home with us these days. He started working from home about 6 months ago and we all love having him around the house.

Juliet is our oldest. She is 9 and in 3rd grade.

Evan is the baby. He is 7 and in 1st grade.

You can learn more about all of us by visiting our family pages located in the upper left hand column of this blog.

Hope you have fun checking out our blog. Leave me a note and let me know you stopped by.

Hey, Michelle, this is Susan....your aunt. Your dad sent me your website and it is so awesome. I loved watching Juliet and Evan recite the books of the Bible. Stephanie and I both watched it. What a wonderful mom you are...I'm VERY proud of you.

We get a lot of families into our bookstore that homeschool and we're always so much more impressed with those kids then with the general population of kids.

We're doing well here...it's just freezing like crazy...I would LOVE to have some of your weather right now.

Stephanie is engaged to be married in May. She's an RN and manages a hospice unit. Drew is back in school at UVA's law school. He wants to go into animal law. He is dating a girl in Lynchburg (where he lived for a couple of years).

We so enjoyed having your dad and Betty here...we loved having family around. And speaking of that we would love to see and your family. We keep thinking about a trip to Florida in the not-to-far future, but if you guys ever want to come out here we would LOVE to have you.

Send your mom my love and give your kids a great big kiss from their great aunt Sue.

I love you, Michelle.

Susan
